Health Safety Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
Quality is incorporated into all our products and services. Our objectives are to add value to our customer business, provide that level of assurance that we consistently meet requirements and exceed expectations, develop strategic alliances and symbiotic relationships with our customers and suppliers for continual improvement, and foster a knowledge based organization built on strong human resource development programs where information exchange, training, education and self improvement is the norm for a highly motivated staff guided by visionary leadership.

Management is keen on the fact that with a consistency of purpose for continual improvement in its processes, products and services, planning, inspired leadership, promoting a learning organization, recognizing that the company’s most important resources are its people, suppliers and customers and taking a systems approach success could be perpetuated throughout the organization.
Waste minimization, re-use, recycle and proper disposal methods for used oils, coolants, batteries, kerosene, paints, paper, swarf, rags, etc is practiced at the company’s facility. Kerosene is recycled through an in-house designed and constructed wash and filtration system, oil and grease traps made from swarf are installed in all drains leaving the compound. Environmental audits are conducted regularly by our highly trained group of internal auditors. Safety is policies procedures and training of officers in construction safety and first aid is institutionalized and stringently enforced at all levels of the organization. Staff is made fully aware that safe working practices reside with each one of us and we must make every effort to protect our valued human resources.
Our safety requirements are documented in the company’s safety manual, a dynamic document subject to revision as additional current information comes to hand. A safety committee comprising shop floor workers, management representatives and HSEQ staff, hold regular meetings to discuss develop and implement action plans, and strategies for corrective/preventative/proactive measures for the company’s shop and field based operations.
