Sheet - Cutting, Rolling, Bending
Flame cutting of sheet.
Machine cutting of sheet.
Guillotine (Shearing)
Cutting up to 1/2" and 5/8" thick stainless steel and mild steel plate respectively.
Ideal for economy in cutting (10' long, de-burring, minimal preparation for welding).
Sheet Rolling.
Rolling of plate and sheet up to 1/2" thick. Production of cylinders, cones (regular and offset) and geometrical shapes for incorporation into cyclones, mixers, tanks, silos, bins, hoppers, ducting etc.
Folding, bending and press breaking of sheet and plate up to 1/4" thick.
Ideal for fabrication of industrial steel sliding and electrical kiosk doors, vibrating trays, air slides, conveyor bodies, concrete formwork, industrial quality rain water guttering.
